We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Dubuc Printing. Please review our refund policy:
 

• Custom printed items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

• If you receive damaged or incorrect products, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds or reprints will be provided for confirmed defects or errors on our part.

• Non-custom or standard products may be eligible for return within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
